Management Philosophy
Working from the premise of a flat-management
structure, Anderson Construction is owned and
operated by directors, Kenny Anderson and Jim
Buchan, both of whom have vast experience in
construction and the build environment.
This organisational structure results in a director
personally project managing each contract from
initial enquiry through the downstream stages to
completion, handover and final account.
The directors have developed management tools and
systems to allow continual monitoring and
reassessment of the needs of each project.
From the inception, Anderson Construction has
offered a positive working environment, open
communication and structured training for all
staff.
In order to create a solid foundation for staff
development, we continually assess and invest in
new technology ensuring that systems and procedures
remain effective.
Our position as a leader in the North-east
construction industry is based firmly on our
management philosophy, the ability of our team and
the company’s substantial financial strength. This
allows us to provide a focussed team of
professionals and a first-class delivery of their
