Feature "Bubble" Wall
We are pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of a major alteration and refurbishment project for Dolphin Drilling. The works involved the formation of new office accommodation on two levels constructed within an existing enclosed courtyard and refurbishment of the exsiting reception including formation of a new feature “Bubble” wall. The project was let on a Design and Build basis with Local architects TC&D Architects employed as designer and Quantity Surveyors Beedie Mitchell providing surveying services.
Anderson Buchan Properties are pleased to announce the successfull completion of the refurbishment of both their Anderson House and Buchan House properties at their Quarry Road Complex. The refurbishment included re-newing of the external fabric on both buildings with Cedar linings and a K Rend finish, new aluminium windows, enhanced roof details on both front elevations and feature canopies. Internally the upgrade consisted of new floor coverings, decoration, feature lighting and enhanced Information Technology Facilities.
